Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a mental health setting.
• Experience with chronically mentally ill is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admissions, including safety checks as needed.
• Monitor medication compliance and report adverse effects.
• Maintain accurate observations and documentation.
• Support residents in crises and assist with restraints if necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and care.
