Freedom House Recovery Center in Chapel Hill, NC seeks a PA-C or PMHNP for a 16-bed crisis stabilization unit. You will provide psychiatric assessments, medication management, and clinical guidance as part of a dedicated care team.

The role offers a 7-on/7-off rotation with on-site coverage and telehealth availability, and a mix of day hours in a facility-based setting. Full-time position with potential for part-time hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed PMHNP or PA-C with current state license.
• Experience in crisis stabilization and behavioral health preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Responsabilités

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Manage medications and monitor response, side effects, and safety.
• Coordinate care and communicate with the care team and families.
• Support crisis stabilization efforts and facilitate transitions to ongoing care.
