Responsibilities

• Provide peer support to individuals presenting to CPEP or served by Mobile Crisis Team under supervision of licensed staff.
• Respond to psychiatric crises in community settings.
• Assist individuals in navigating the psychiatric emergency system with clear, accessible language.
• Participate in de‑escalation and engagement efforts.
• Assist with discharge planning and linkage to community resources and follow‑up care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team while maintaining a clear peer role.
