Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Washington state is seeking a Mental Health Technician for Crisis Care Center to support clients stabilizing from a behavioral health crisis. We are recruiting for the position of Mental Health Technician (MHT) – Crisis Care Center.
Do you enjoy working in a meaningful and mission‑driven environment? Join our integrated medical team to support clients as they stabilize from a behavioral health crisis. The Mental Health Technician is a part of the multi-disciplinary clinical team and works closely with the medical team to provide direct services, including admissions procedures, case management, continuity of care, and client reengagement. This position is a liaison between the facility, clients, and their families, and coordinates services within the crisis care continuum and connection to post-crisis stabilization supports. The individual in this position is expected to subscribe to the recovery and trauma informed care models.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, or related field, and at least one year of experience in Social Services/Behavioral Health.
Hourly - Hourly Plan, 31.25 USD Hourly
