Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a proactive Crisis Management Lead to own the training and exercise program within the EH&S organization. You will design curricula, deliver instruction, and facilitate drills for the Crisis Management Team, site Emergency Response Teams, and broader workforce, while maintaining records to demonstrate compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in crisis management, emergency preparedness, or related field with training development.
• Experience designing, facilitating, or evaluating tabletop, drill, or functional exercises.
• Experience maintaining training records for regulatory or audit requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including presenting to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Crisis Management Training Program: design, develop, and continuously improve training and education for the Crisis Management Team, site Emergency Response Teams, floor wardens, and workforce.
• Build and maintain role-based curriculum including onboarding briefs, instruction, job aids, modules, and facilitator guides.
• Design and run an exercise program with orientation seminars, tabletop, drills, and functional exercises; prepare scenario packages and evaluation guides.
• Deliver training in person and virtually to diverse audiences, from site personnel to senior leadership across multiple sites.
• Develop onboarding emergency preparedness content and awareness campaigns for the workforce.
• Maintain training records, rosters, certifications, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
