Job summary

Compass Health Network is seeking a Crisis Line Clinician for weekend evenings to provide immediate, person-centered crisis intervention via phone. The role runs Saturdays and Sundays, 4:00pm–12:00am, and is remote for Missouri residents, offering meaningful support in rural communities.

You will assess safety, connect callers to services, collaborate with partners, and document encounters per agency standards while joining a supportive, fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 60 college credits required.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in behavioral health or human services if Associate degree is highest.
• Working knowledge of DSM-V required.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed and person-centered crisis intervention via phone.
• Assess caller needs, screen for safety, and connect to appropriate services or resources.
• Collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency standards.
• Participate in supervision and team meetings to support continuous improvement.

Be the calm voice that helps someone find hope in their hardest moment. Schedule: Saturday and Sunday. 4:00pm-12:00am. *Remote position, must be a Missouri resident.

As a Crisis Line Clinician with Compass Health Network, you’ll provide immediate, person-centered support to individuals reaching out through our Disaster Line. You’ll help identify needs, offer compassionate crisis intervention, and connect callers to services and resources that promote safety, stability, and hope.
