Cummins Behavioral Health Systems, Inc. seeks a Crisis Licensed Therapist Team Lead to lead a clinical team in Putnam County.

This position targets candidates with a strong background in social work, counseling, or mental health and a passion for helping both children and adults in an outpatient setting. The role focuses on team leadership, staff supervision, and delivering training and development opportunities, with a schedule that accommodates crisis needs and shifts.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy or related human services degree.
• Indiana licensure required: LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• Experience in crisis services or outpatient mental health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing training and technical assistance to promote team-based performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure reporting, safety, facility, equipment, and other business unit needs are met.
• Staff supervision, staff selection, and feedback on performance evaluations.
• Ensure orientation for new direct service staff (non-clinical, clinical, corporate compliance).
• Arrange staff training and professional development activities for direct service staff.

Cummins Behavioral Health Systems, Inc. is seeking creative, clinical candidates with strong leadership skills for a career opportunity as a Crisis Licensed Therapist Team Lead. Qualified candidates should have a background in social work, counseling, or in mental health and have a passion to impact helping children and adults in an outpatient setting within Putnam County.

Schedule

We have various crisis shifts including daytime, evening, overnight, and weekends available. Open for discussion about the shift times.

Essential Functions As a Team Leader Include

• Provide ongoing training and technical assistance designed to promote team-based performance improvement initiatives
• Ensure that reporting, safety, facility, equipment, and other business unit needs are met
• Responsible for staff supervision, staff selection, and feedback on performance evaluations
• Ensure that all new direct service staff receives a comprehensive non-clinical, clinical and corporate compliance orientation
• Provide for/arrange staff training and professional development activities to meet the needs of direct service staff

Education/Experience

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy or related human services degree.
• Must possess and maintain licensure in the state of Indiana as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
