Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Montclair, NJ is seeking a day shift, full-time Registered Nurse specializing in crisis intervention for adult psychiatric care. You will coordinate care, guide other caregivers, and ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires NJ RN license, BLS, and a patient-centered approach. Preferred candidates have a bachelor’s degree in nursing and at least one year of psychiatric nursing experience; excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing.
• Current and valid NJ Registered Nurse license.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• Customer/patient centric attitude a must

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the care provided by other caregivers through delegation, validation, evaluation, and coordination.
