Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark is seeking a Full Time Program Supervisor for its Mobile Response & Stabilization Services program in Jersey City, NJ. The role requires an LSW license, a Master’s degree, and 2–3 years in a clinical setting with supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities include coordinating service delivery, ensuring contract compliance, and developing protocols to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Psychology, social services or related field.
• LSW or equivalent licensing required.
• 2-3 years clinical setting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Supervisor in orientation process and staff onboarding.
• Coordinate and integrate service delivery within the program.
• Ensure program compliance with contract rules, regulations, and practices.
• Develop protocols to improve service delivery and client outcomes.
• Collaborate with program manager and stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Be available for crisis intervention and consultation as needed.
• Manage crisis follow-up communications and planning.
• Provide 24/7 consultation as scheduled.
• Cover for Program Manager when needed.
• Assist in crisis stabilization planning and discharge planning.
• Review and approve Individualized Crisis Plans.
