WellSpan Gettysburg Hospital is seeking a crisis intervention professional to work full-time evenings, stabilizing clients at the location and coordinating referrals as needed. The role requires handling crisis situations, ensuring safety, and following established policies and procedures, including suicide precautions when applicable.
Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of mental health or crisis intervention experience and a related bachelor’s degree, plus a valid driver’s license in
Ability to work independently to meet the client's needs, assess a crisis situation and provide stabilization to the client at the client's location as needed, resolve the crisis and appropriately refer the client to necessary services following policy and procedures.

Must possess a valid driver's license in the current state of residence. Driving record must meet requirements established by WellSpan Risk Management.
