Community Mental Health Affiliates, Inc. is seeking a Per-Diem Clinician II to join the Community Crisis program in New Britain, CT.

You will perform intake assessments, provide brief therapy, and triage crises within a multidisciplinary team at 233 Main St, New Britain. The position requires a Master’s degree in behavioral health, CT licensure or eligibility (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/Ph.D./LADC), multilingual ability preferred, and 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Formación

• Master’s degree in behavioral health (psychology, social work, counseling, etc.).
• Connecticut license as a LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Ph.D., or LADC as appropriate; MANDT, first aid and CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs intake assessments and diagnoses for adults/children.
• Provides individual, family, and/or group treatment using evidence-based practices.
• Responds to crisis situations and triages appropriately with internal/external providers.
• Completes timely documentation and ensures appropriate referrals and linkage to community resources.
