Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct CSU crisis assessments/interventions including assessment of co-occurring issues.
• Complete intake paperwork to support client assessment and treatment.
• Provide collateral contacts and coordinate with service providers for continuity of care.
• Facilitate family meetings and clinical reviews of treatment/discharge planning.
• Conduct risk assessments and community crisis services in various settings.
