Network180 – Kent County Community Mental Health is seeking a Crisis Center Clinician to provide crisis intervention, assessments, therapy, and referral services for adults at the 24/7 Behavioral Health Crisis Center in Grand Rapids. The role includes in‑person and telehealth contacts, with a focus on timely, compassionate care.

The position is full-time, 2nd shift (Fri-Mon 2:00pm–12:00am), onsite at 260 Jefferson Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49503.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Counseling Psychology.
• Michigan licensure as LMSW/LPC/LMFT/Psychologist or eligibility with licensure within 3 months.
• Knowledge of psychological assessment, ethics, and practice standards.
• Strong communication and ability to work under stress in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention, assessments, therapy, and referrals for adults at the Crisis Center.
• Conduct face-to-face and telehealth assessments and interventions as needed.
• Document cases and coordinate with the CSU for safe disposition and follow-up.
