The ideal candidate has a relevant degree or equivalent experience; duties include vital signs, screens, and coordinating discharge with clinical staff. On-site role with strong team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent in related field preferred; experience in crisis settings is a plus.
• Relevant certifications or degrees accepted with proven related experience.
• Experience in intake, screening, and admission processes is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and supporting clients during intake, screening, and admissions.
• Conducting vital signs, screenings (breath alcohol/drug screens), and documentation.
• Managing client flow, minimizing wait times, and maintaining records.
• Maintaining a safe environment and assisting clients as needed.
• Coordinating discharge processes and follow-up support.
• Collaborating with clinical staff and participating in team meetings.
