Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain a HIPAA-compliant private workspace at home
• Engage with individuals in emotional distress over the phone
• Build rapport and assess risk
• Document interactions accurately and thoroughly
• Provide resources, referrals, and support coping strategies
• Intervene during emergencies when necessary
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Training and Schedule

This role starts with a paid, six-week virtual training program, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM PST. Post-training, schedules are developed during onboarding, with flexibility required for holidays and weekends.
