Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mental/behavioral health required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- IM-CATS training and credentialing exam required.
- Licensure in mental/behavioral health preferred (LSW/LCSW, LPC/LCPC, CADC).
- Minimum 1 year experience in mental/behavioral health.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine interventions and discharge plans.
- Develop familiarity with local resources to serve diverse patient needs.
- Ensure HIPAA/privacy compliance and accurate documentation.
- Maintain ethical standards of practice.
- Document in Electronic Health Records accurately and timely.
- Collaborate in a multidisciplinary setting to support patient well-being and safety.
- Provide comprehensive and compassionate care to patients and families.
- Demonstrate professional conduct and integrity in interactions.
