Job summary

Kenyon is seeking a Crisis Communications Associate to provide expert crisis communications support for clients worldwide on an as‑needed basis. You will deliver training, workshops and exercises to strengthen preparedness and, during live incidents, support messaging, media engagement and reputation protection.

The role requires adaptability to client environments, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and a calm, professional approach under pressure. Travel internationally as required.

Qualifications

• Expertise in crisis communications, public relations or related field.
• Experience advising senior leaders during high‑pressure incidents.
• Ability to develop and deliver training, workshops and exercises.

Responsibilities

• Review, develop and write Crisis Communications Plans aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Deliver high‑quality training in person and virtually via Teams.
• Design, facilitate and evaluate crisis communications exercises.
• Maintain knowledge of best practices across aviation and other high‑risk industries.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and represent Kenyon professionally with clients.
