Job summary

Frontier Behavioral Health seeks a Crisis Clinician to perform rapid crisis response, assessment and engagement for youth and adults in Spokane. You will triage by phone and in person, develop recovery plans, and refer to Trueblood programs as appropriate.

The role supports high-risk cases with supervision, works Sundays through Wednesdays 10AM–8:30PM with a 5.24% shift differential, and offers a strong benefits package including PTO, holidays, and insurance options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health related field is required.
• Two years of experience working with psychiatrically impaired populations preferred.
• Knowledge of crisis and involuntary treatment services recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis triage, assessment and de-escalation services.
• Link clients to stabilization resources and community services.
• Document safety plans and follow up on referrals.
