Job summary

KLAMATH BASIN BEHAVIORAL HEALTH is seeking a Case Manager in Southern Oregon to join the Crisis team. The role involves guiding individuals with psychiatric and substance use issues, coordinating services, and supporting recovery in a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting.

You will work with therapists, providers, and community partners to implement strengths-based, wellness-informed plans, ensuring timely documentation and client-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must meet Oregon QMHA certification requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science field or equivalent.
• Insurable driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Guide individuals with psychiatric, substance abuse, medical, social and legal issues to improve daily living skills.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery and treatment goals.
• Coordinate transportation, housing, benefits, employment, and education opportunities; document accurately.
