Sumner Mental Health Center, a community mental health center located in Wellington, Kansas, has an opening for a self-motivated Crisis Case Manager to work in Crisis Services supporting individuals through behavioral health case management and follow-up care.
Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree with experience or an Associate's Degree, preferably with experience in mobile crisis or other crisis-related treatment, along with computer/electronic medical record, writing, and communication skills.
Background checks are required, along with a Kansas driver's license and motor vehicle insurance for fleet vehicle use.
