Salary: $28.09 per hour | $325 sign-on bonus
Job Type: Full-Time, in-person
Schedule: 4:00PM-12:30AM; rotating schedule (with on-call rotation)

What You’ll Do:

  • Mobile Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support and crisis intervention services in the community or a person’s home.
  • Treatment Collaboration: Work closely with treatment teams to offer feedback and adjust care strategies to meet patient needs.
  • After-Hours Support: Respond to telehealth or mobile service needs as part of an on-call schedule, including after-hours shifts.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation and complete training in a timely manner to ensure industry compliance.
  • Transportation: Provide transportation for patients to and from necessary services.

Qualifications:
  • Experience counts!We acceptequivalent work experience in human services(teaching, daycare, CNA, etc.) or a BA/BS degree. One year of related work = one year of college.
  • Great with people—strong communication and empathyare a must.
  • Comfortable in a variety of human service settings. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with individuals in emotional distress. Must be able to respond effectively in high-stress situations.
  • Able to pass background checks (KBI, child/adult abuse registry, motor vehicle screens).
  • Able to pass drug screen & be subject to a random drug testing pool.
  • Must be physically capable of ensuring personal safety in potentially high-pressure or crisis situations. The ability to maintain physical readiness and stamina to respond effectively to crisis calls is required. Training in safety protocols and de-escalation techniques will be provided.
