Job summary

Compass Health Network in Festus, MO seeks a Behavioral Technician for weekend overnight shifts (7p–7a) at the Crisis Center. This part-time role provides compassionate, person-centered support to individuals in crisis under the supervision of the Triage Clinician Lead.

Qualifications

• High School/GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of psychiatric, nursing, or ER experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered crisis support and meet daily needs.
• Monitor safety and maintain a supportive environment.
• Participate in medication administration per L1MA training.
• Collaborate with the treatment team and mentor new staff.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming BHCC environment.
• Communicate clearly with patients and team members.
