You will work under the Triage Clinician Lead to ensure safety, assist with daily needs, and help people feel cared for during difficult times.

This on-site role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and hands-on care, with training and mentorship to help you grow in the behavioral health field.

Qualificações

• High School/GED preferred.
• 1+ year of psychiatric, nursing, or emergency room experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide person-centered support to individuals during crisis, ensuring daily needs are met.
• Monitor safety and engage with individuals to create a supportive environment.
• Participate in medication administration (following L1MA training).
• Share observations and feedback with the treatment team to enhance care.
• Assist in keeping the BHCC environment organized, clean, and welcoming.
• Act as a mentor to new staff and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
