Job summary

Aspire Indiana Health, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor for the Crisis Team to oversee operations and ensure high-quality assessments, interventions and documentation.

This role supervises staff, coordinates services, and promotes collaboration with internal and community partners. The position is hybrid with second shift availability, requiring flexibility to deliver crisis services via video, telephone and in person.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or other mental health related field plus 3 years of work experience, or a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years, or an Associate’s and 7 years, or at least 10 years of related experience required
• At least one year supervisory experience and/or leading a team required
• Knowledge of community resources, referral processes and risk assessments preferred
• Basic knowledge of the Recovery Model highly recommended
• May self-identify as a current or former recipient of services, and be maintaining a healthy recovery from mental illness and/or substance use to qualify for the peer track

Responsibilities

• Facilitate, coordinate and evaluate the operation and efficiency of the crisis team’s services
• Provide supervision to assigned staff and ensure quality of services and documentation
• Deliver a range of crisis assessments, immediate interventions, and case management services
• Promote collaborative working relationships with internal and community partners
• Provide crisis services via video conference, telephonically, and in person
