Job summary

• 1+ year in psychiatric/behavioral health care.
• Experience with crisis interventions and de-escalation helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and document triage, behavioral and physical health findings.
• Develop and contribute to individualized treatment plans with the multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, medications and treatment options.
• Administer medications and manage medication reconciliation and chart checks.
• Respond to crisis situations using evidence-based de-escalation techniques and safety protocols.
