Job summary

Youth Focus and Alexander Youth Network are seeking a Crisis Care Professional in Greensboro, NC. You will support and monitor the day-to-day needs of youth in care, uphold the agency’s mission, and collaborate with a caring team to ensure safety and well-being.

Qualifications include being at least 21, a bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years’ experience, ability to read and interpret documents, and a valid NC driver’s license. The role offers development opportunities and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years’ experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents
• Valid North Carolina Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• The Crisis Care Professional must demonstrate the Agency’s purpose, philosophy, policies and procedures.
• The Crisis Care Professional works as a team member and oversees the day-to-day activities and needs of the clients in their care.
• There may also be opportunities to lead and direct less experienced staff.
