Job summary

Seasonscenter is seeking Crisis Care Coordinators in Spencer, Iowa, to provide over-the-phone and in-office crisis services at Alex’s Place. Candidates should have a relevant degree or experience in behavioral health or law enforcement. The role includes providing short-term crisis intervention, working closely with medical providers, and flexibility in scheduling due to various available shifts. Full-time, part-time, and PRN options are available. The successful candidates will also need to undergo crisis response training and hold a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field with 1+ year of behavioral health experience.
• 2+ years of law enforcement or EMT experience.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term crisis intervention to individuals in crises.
• Work with law enforcement and medical providers for stabilization.
• Connect individuals with ongoing mental health services.
