Munson Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist for the Pediatric/Adult Crisis Residential Program. The role supports 24/7/365 care through a collaborative, trauma-informed approach within a six-bed, short-term residential setting for youth (8–17) and a 24/7 residential program for adults.

This full-time position is Day Shift and PRN, aligned with Munson’s mission to provide compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a social work, psychology, and/or counseling accredited program.
• Michigan license to provide behavioral health counseling (LMSW or LPC).
• Certified Advanced Addiction credential through Michigan Board of Addiction Professionals or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct clinical services to patients within Munson Medical Center Behavioral Health services.
