Pacific Clinics is looking for a candidate in Upland, California to provide direct behavioral health services under the clinical program management team. Responsibilities include crisis stabilization support and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in various settings.
The ideal applicant should have relevant experience working with neurodivergent individuals and possess the Registered Behavior Technician certification. Additional benefits, including medical and 401(k) plans, are provided, starting on day one of employment.
The Neurodevelopmental Services program uses interpersonal neurobiology, trauma‑informed care, and neurodiversity‑affirming practices to provide treatment, training, and research with neurodivergent and disabled communities. Pacific Clinics' Neurodevelopmental Services program serves neurodivergent children, transitional‑age youth, adults, and families throughout San Bernardino and Riverside counties, offering crisis stabilization services, educationally related mental health services, play therapy, neurofeedback, Safe and Sound Protocol, EMDR, and other developmentally appropriate services. Under direct supervision, the team provides case management support to ensure neurodiverse‑affirming practices, crisis stabilization, and placement in the least restrictive home setting for neurodivergent clients. The team promotes client dignity and the right to self‑determination in all aspects of services.
Under the direct supervision of the clinical program management team, the role provides crisis stabilization services—including positive behavior supports and intervention strategies—to neurodivergent individuals and their caregivers. The worker collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to implement clinical treatment and behavior support plans across various settings such as homes, schools, and community environments.
The physical demands include occasional standing, walking, sitting, use of hands, reaching, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, talking, or hearing; occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds. Vision abilities required include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Driving is required and may involve unsupervised contact with children. A full background check and TB exam are required.
