Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling is required.
• Ohio LSW or LPC licensure is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred but not required.
• PRN role requiring at least two shifts per month.

Responsibilities

• Provides emergency behavioral health pre-screening and psychosocial assessments for patients and families.
• Performs crisis interventions and manages referrals to behavioral health services.
• Assists families with understanding crises and planning transitions or admissions.
• Collaborates with all hospital divisions to coordinate care.
