This is a genuine partnership-track opportunity designed for attorneys who want to develop leadership within a premier firm serving immigrant families.

We offer a competitive salary ($115,000-$145,000 depending on experience) plus performance bonus, comprehensive benefits, and hybrid flexibility after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in the United States.
• Strong litigation and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Former Public Defender, criminal defense attorney, prosecutor, or experienced litigator preferred.
• Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients before the Immigration Court.
• Litigate asylum, cancellation of removal, waivers, bond hearings, and other immigration matters.
• Analyze the immigration consequences of criminal charges and convictions.
• Draft motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and appellate filings.
• Conduct hearings, examine witnesses, and present persuasive legal arguments.
• Work closely with clients throughout every stage of representation.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to provide exceptional client service.
