Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prosecute misdemeanors and felonies in Circuit and District Courts with research, witness interviews, and trial presentations.
• Prepare legal briefs, memoranda, and court documents; draft jury instructions.
• Maintain case files and coordinate with law enforcement, victims, and witnesses.
• Participate in petitions for appeals before the Court of Appeals.
