Linn County seeks a Criminal Prosecutor I to prosecute misdemeanors and traffic violations, prepare cases, and present evidence in court. The role involves reviewing reports, researching legal matters, and meeting with victims and witnesses.
Candidates should hold a graduate law degree (Master's/Ph.D.) and demonstrate strong research and advocacy abilities. Normal work hours are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with county-court rotation as needed.
