The Oklahoma Office of the Attorney General is seeking a full-time Assistant Attorney General for the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit in Oklahoma City. This position concentrates on criminal enforcement against health‑care providers who defraud Medicaid and on abuse, neglect, and exploitation in residential facilities.

The attorney will work with an interdisciplinary team of investigators and other attorneys to file criminal actions, draft subpoenas, manage discovery, and present cases in court,

Qualifications

• Licensed Oklahoma attorney with prosecutorial experience.
• Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to communicate complex and sensitive information clearly.

Responsabilités

• Prosecute abuse, neglect, and financial exploitation against Medicaid residents.
• Draft subpoenas and informations; conduct criminal discovery and motion practice.
• Coordinate with Federal partners; handle hearings and trials as needed.
• Represent the Office in investigations and enforcements with other agencies.
