The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree and must be a licensed member of the North Carolina Bar. Responsibilities include conducting client consultations, attending court, managing cases, and effective communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Licensed member of the North Carolina Bar, in good standing.
• Previous law firm and litigation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new client consultations.
• Attend court, mediations, and depositions.
• Research and prepare cases for court.
• Participate in case reviews and team trainings.
• Communicate with clients in person, by phone, virtually, and in writing.
• Manage a high volume of cases from start to finish.
