Responsabilidades

• Maintain an active research agenda with quality publications and presentations.
• Teach effectively at undergraduate and graduate levels and develop relevant courses.
• Mentor undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral students in research and career preparation.
• Assess student learning and use feedback to improve instruction and curricula.
• Collaborate with faculty, practitioners, and researchers to support departmental initiatives.
