Job summary

Endicott College is seeking a Director of the Criminal Justice Graduate Program to lead the strategy, growth, and daily operations of a newly designed CJ program with a Spring 2027 soft launch and full rollout in Fall 2027. The role is on-campus in Beverly, MA, reporting to the Associate Dean, with collaboration across Homeland Security and Cybersecurity tracks.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or terminal degree preferred; Master’s or JD with leadership experience considered.
• Scholarship record and active participation in professional organizations expected.
• Excellence in graduate teaching with online/hybrid modalities demonstrated.
• Strong collaboration across departments (e.g., Homeland Security or Cybersecurity).

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee CJ graduate program, including curriculum development and accreditation.
• Lead recruitment, enrollment growth, and retention initiatives with target 80%+.
• Teach and develop two graduate courses per year across CJ and HLS programs.
• Supervise and evaluate adjunct faculty; ensure Canvas alignment with standards.
• Represent Endicott in scholarly activities and national conferences.
