Piedmont Technical College is seeking applications for temporary, part-time adjunct faculty positions to teach a diverse student body at various locations, including daytime or evening classes and online instruction. Instructors will engage in effective teaching methods and utilize technology in their lesson delivery.
A bachelor's degree in a qualifying field is required, with additional requirements for certain courses. The position offers flexible teaching opportunities and involvement in college functions.
Piedmont Technical College is accepting applications to build a qualified pool of candidates for adjunct faculty positions. Adjunct instructors may teach at the Lex D. Walters Campus and/or one of the college’s six county centers (Laurens, Newberry, Edgefield, Saluda, Abbeville, and McCormick). Opportunities may include daytime or evening classes, online instruction, and dual credit courses at local high schools. Applications will be reviewed on an as‑needed basis as teaching opportunities become available.
A bachelor’s degree in one of the qualifying fields is required.
