Job summary

The Office of the Attorney General, Division of Criminal Investigation, Technical Service Unit in Sioux Falls, SD, is hiring a full-time analyst to receive, analyze, and disseminate sensitive criminal intelligence and to provide direct support to state and Federal law enforcement officers and prosecutors.

The incumbent will operate multiple computer software programs, may train on the role, and must be flexible to work nights, weekends, or holidays.

Qualifications

• Analytical experience or statistical analysis in public or private sectors.
• Knowledge of operating software programs and databases.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Experience in criminal law preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Receive, analyze, and disseminate sensitive criminal intelligence.
• Provide direct support to state and Federal law enforcement officers and prosecutors.
• Operate and assist in the operation of computer software programs.
• Work schedule flexibility; may include outside normal business hours.
• Provide testimony in adversarial court proceedings.
