Right Path Law Group, PLLC in Fairfax/Chantilly, VA is hiring a Criminal Defense Associate Attorney licensed in Virginia or awaiting admission by October 30. You will stand in Fairfax courtrooms and handle cases from arraignment to disposition with a senior attorney mentoring you on every step.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia law license, or a July 2026 bar passer sworn in by October 30.
• Litigation-focused background: trial advocacy or moot court, or courtroom exposure.
• Composure under pressure with a client-first mindset and strong work ethic.
• Spanish is a real plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients charged with misdemeanors and felonies from arraignment through disposition.
• Investigate, draft and argue motions, negotiate with prosecutors, and try cases.
• Work with a bilingual intake, paralegal and client-coordinator team so your time goes to lawyering, not paperwork.
