Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Bar license, in good standing, to practice criminal law in NC.
• 5+ years of criminal litigation, with courtroom and trial experience.
• Ability to conduct legal research and tailor defense strategies.
• Strong negotiation skills for favorable plea deals and settlements.
• Excellent communication to collaborate with a bilingual team and clients.
• Ability to prepare and file precise legal documents, motions, and briefs.
• Passionate advocate with courtroom presence and up-to-date criminal law knowledge.
• Fluency in Spanish is a strong plus to serve Spanish-speaking clients.

Compensation:

$100,000 - $150,000 yearly based on experience and performance plus performance-based incentives

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Bar license, in good standing, authorized to practice criminal law in NC. This role cannot consider attorneys who are not licensed in North Carolina.
• 5+ years of criminal litigation, with significant courtroom and trial experience with a strong understanding of legal procedures and courtroom dynamics.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive legal research and develop tailored defense strategies for diverse cases.
• Proven track record of effective negotiation skills, securing favorable plea deals and settlements.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with a bilingual team and maintain client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and file precise legal documents, motions, and briefs.
• Passionate advocate with experience presenting evidence and arguments in court to achieve positive outcomes.
• Commitment to staying informed on legal developments and changes in criminal law to provide current advice and representation.
