Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Pennsylvania State Bar active membership and good standing.
• 1 year of law practice minimum.

Responsibilities

• Timeliness court representation during court dates, motions, trial, and post-trial proceedings.
• Complex analysis of legal and factual issues, along with performing extensive, well-reasoned legal research.
• Compose pleadings, motions, briefs, opinions, and required legal documentation and filings.
• Develop and build professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and judicial officers.
• Involvement in firm growth and business development activities.
