Qualifications

• Admitted to the Indiana Bar.

Responsabilités

• Represent the State in criminal appeals before Indiana appellate courts.
• Manage deadlines, scheduling, and communications with stakeholders.
• Prepare motions, briefs, and argue oral arguments.
• Oversee assigned cases until conclusion and monitor progress.
• Supervise law clerks and related inquiries as needed.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw and other resources.
