Job summary

Ennoble First Inc. seeks a Mid-Level Cribl Engineer to support an Intelligence Community customer in Reston, VA.

This hands-on role focuses on design, administration, optimization, and support of Cribl Stream and Cribl Edge within enterprise logging and SIEM environments. You will collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to manage data pipelines, integrate sources and destinations, and automate platform operations using Python, Bash, Ansible, and Terraform in secure Linux

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT experience.
• 2–5 years operating Cribl Stream/Edge in production.
• 2 years administering enterprise SIEM or logging environments.
• Experience designing data pipelines: routing, filtering, parsing, transformation.
• Experience integrating Cribl with SIEM, logging, or observability platforms.
• Experience with Regex and JavaScript for data processing.
• Linux administration and scripting (Python/Bash).
• Automation or IaC using Ansible and Terraform.
• Active Cribl certification and CSSP-IS or related certs desired.

Responsibilities

• Administer Cribl Stream and Cribl Edge in enterprise production environments.
• Configure Cribl sources, destinations, routes, collectors, and pipelines.
• Design and maintain data pipelines for enterprise logging and SIEM.
• Route, filter, parse, enrich, and optimize log data across sources and targets.
• Integrate Cribl with enterprise SIEM, logging, and observability platforms.
• Troubleshoot ingestion, routing, parsing, and performance issues.
• Develop automation scripts (Python, Bash) and IaC configurations (Ansible, Terraform).
• Monitor platform performance and coordinate with security, infra, and engineering teams.
