Charlotte Behavioral Health Care (CBHC) is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our inpatient team. We have part-time and PRN positions available at this time. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to both adults and adolescents within our Central Receiving Facility (CRF). The LPN will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to support patient recovery and ensure excellent clinical care.

What You'll Do

• Perform nursing duties in accordance with LPN licensure and scope of practice.
• Administer medications, monitor effectiveness, and observe for adverse reactions.
• Conduct nursing assessments, implement treatment plans, and evaluate patient progress.
• Monitor vital signs and withdrawal symptoms using CIWA/COWS protocols.

Must Meet Eligibility Requirements

• 403b Retirement Plan, with 9% employer contribution for those who meet eligibility requirements.
• Tuition reimbursement, Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible, and Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) loan repayment eligible for qualifying staff
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Florida.
• Experience in behavioral health, residentials treatment, or related medical field preferred.
• Ability to pass a level II Background clearance and drug test.
