A well-established shipping company based in Germany is seeking an experienced Crew Operator to join their office in Germany. Responsibilities

You will work closely with ship staff, international partners and internal teams to ensure smooth crew rotations and operational continuity.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in crew coordination
  • Personnel management, or a similar administrative role
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Flexibility to respond to operational requests outside of standard office hours when required
  • Strong communication skills in English for international liaison; proficiency in German for internal collaboration.
  • Comfortable with administrative tasks, data management, and cross-department teamwork.
