This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on archaeological experience while working on a variety of projects across Southern California and the surrounding region. Assignments may include archaeological survey, monitoring, testing, and data recovery across diverse landscapes and project types. SRI provides comprehensive cultural resource management (CRM) services to private and government clients at the federal, state, and local levels throughout the western United States, with offices in Arizona, California, Colorado, Montana, New Mexico, and Washington.
As a Crew Technician, reporting to the Project Director and Crew Lead, you will support archaeological survey, testing, data recovery, and other field activities. The ideal candidate would be highly motivated, attentive to fine details, well organized, and have solid interpersonal communication skills.
This is a non-exempt, hourly position paid at $21 - $26 per hour depending upon experience. Overtime is paid in accordance with California law.
