McDonald’s crew members provide friendly, fast service, take orders, and assist customers in a high-energy environment. Training and Archways to Opportunity programs help with high school completion, college tuition support, and English language courses.

After one year of service, employees may receive health, dental, and eye insurance, plus a 401K. Extra pay applies to certain shifts, and free meals are offered to crew members.
