The Crew Team Member (Overnight) gets to create feel-good moments every day with customers by:

1. Greeting guests and communicating with them while ordering
2. Offering assistance to those in need of some extra hands
3. Checking with them once they have their food to make sure they’re satisfied, or to see if they need anything else
4. Handling any concerns
5. Communicating with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations
