Job summary

McDonald’s – Illinois Location is hiring Opening Crew Team Members to start the day by preparing the kitchen, service areas and dining room before peak hours. Flexible schedule with part-time and full-time options, starting wage $15.00 per hour or based on experience, and shifts from 5am to 10am negotiable at interview.

You’ll arrive on time, work quickly and maintain cleanliness and food safety, while delivering friendly service and working with managers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Dependable, reliable individual with a strong attendance record.
• Able to work early morning hours.
• Willingness to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset.
• Restaurant experience is a plus but not required.
